How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the US and EU. International orders may take 7-15 business days depending on the destination and local customs processing.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we offer a 12-month warranty on all phone cases. This covers any manufacturing defects or printing issues. It does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or custom-made products are final sale and cannot be returned.
Will your cases protect my camera lens?
Absolutely. All BURGA cases are designed with raised bezels around the camera cutout and the front screen to prevent direct contact with surfaces when placed down.
